Sostanza is a treasure!
I don’t know how it is I’ve never eaten at Sostanza! I need to fix that.
But Ruggero, we have eaten there over the years, every time we are in town--it is always a joy in its simplicity.
I would love to try the others--there is nothing like a good trattoria.
How exciting!! can't wait to try them all!! Been wanting to go to Sostanza for a while but havent got round to it yet.. What are your favourites in Lucca? Pisa? Siena? - sorry maybe you have a post about these already... Thank you!
