I have never cured fish but this sounds so absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to try it.

To be honest I'd only ever tried to cure gravlax once, and never bothered to do it again. But this one is so good and something I keep making over and over again! I don't normally have favourites in my books (too many to choose) but this one is IT for me!
