I feel I need to schedule a session with her as a mindset coach…I’m seriously thinking of a big change in my life which involves committing myself to learning Italian starting here at home and moving somewhere in Italy for 3 months a year or so…MY time with you in Venice was a dream. Wonderful interview, Emiko! I met Henna in 2016 at the Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School, when she first started working there. She was a delight! I was a participant of the school when Paola Bacchia was the guest chef, and was so impressed that I returned the following year! Henna had recommended Cefalù when I asked about her favorite places in Sicily.
My friends & I made a point of staying there for a few days on my return trip. Fantastic!

Oh my… Will be in Sicily in September. ATL was fully booked for 2022, unfortunately, but we may have to visit Cefalu now. Lovely!
