When the world is feeling heavy, I find ways to be comforted by every day food. Cooking is like therapy, it helps me in a meditative way. Well-loved, nostalgic foods are pure comfort (and here’s a podcast for you on that subject). But days like these (and in a sweeping Tuscan heatwave too) I barely feel like cooking. How about you?
